– In Home Personal Training. Trainer brings equipment and workout to you.

– Nutrition plan included. Nutrition and fitness go hand in hand. To neglect either can derail progress.

-Supplementation recommendations. Supplements should be just that….supplements to a good diet…..not a main staple of a fitness program

– Assessments of progress. Weekly and monthly assessments to monitor progress.

– Off day workouts. Will offer and suggest basic and quick workouts to do even when you don’t have a scheduled session.
